Baker Associate: This is an exciting part-time position that requires early morning work hours (typically from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM). During the holidays, these hours will increase significantly. The basic responsibilities include reading recipes, mixing and scooping various cookie doughs, creating pastries, operating commercial ovens as well as washing bakery tools and equipment. Because industrial mixers are used, this position requires workers to be at least 18 years of age.

Front Counter Associate: This is a dynamic part-time position that requires varying work hours (covering the hours between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM). There will be various shifts to work over this period of time. The basic responsibilities include selling cookies and pastries to customers, using a cash register, gift wrapping, taking telephone orders, building orders to be picked up, organizing products in the display case as well as general clean-up.

Remember these positions require a food handler's certificate from Riverside County's Department of Environmental Health.
